The Mobile Wellness Team (MWT) from Shore Medical Center Chestertown, University of Maryland Shore Regional Health will be visiting KCPL on Tuesday, March 14.
Stop by for free health screenings and information about local health resources!
The mission of the Mobile Wellness Team is to improve the community’s health by collaborating with local partners to bring healthcare access and support services to residents in their homes and community settings. There is no cost to participate in this program.
