Ice Cream Party! Teen Summer Reading Finale In-Person
Bring your creativity to the teens-only end of summer reading ice cream party!
Choose your ice cream and toppings to construct a fantastic cone or cup of deliciousness. Enjoy your tasty creation, along with other refreshments, while hanging out with friends and using your sense of style to decorate a bookend for KCPL to use on its shelves.
Teen raffle winners will be announced at this event! You do not need to be present to win.
