One Maryland One Book: In Conversation with Author Tommy Orange
Maryland Humanities is proud to announce that Tommy Orange, author of the 2023 One Maryland One Book selection There There will appear in conversation with Maryland-based author Brendan Shay Basham, whose debut novel Swim Home to the Vanished will be released later this summer.
The two writers will kick-off the One Maryland One Book 2023 season by discussing the state of modern Native American literature, how There There fits into that legacy, and what readers can and should think about as they join in during the fall.
