Preserving Family Papers

Preserving Family Papers In-Person

Do you have old family papers in your basement or attic? Wondering how to care for them?

In this workshop, you'll learn how to use everyday items to care for your family treasures. This hands-on session will teach you how to safely flatten and store documents that have been rolled, folded, or crumpled. In addition to learning how to use this technique on your own family papers, you'll also see how Lana used this strategy to preserve materials that are a part of the collection at the Historical Society of Kent County.

Space is limited. Please register.
