Mindful Journaling - Theme: Resilience In-Person

Join Krystal McGinnis for the first of a two-part series of interactive writing workshops designed to explore the practice of mindful journaling and how it can be used as a tool for stress reduction, improving brain health, and better self-understanding. 

The theme of this session is resilience.

This guided workshop will include writing prompts and creative activities, plus resources to inspire continued journaling on your own.
