After a summer of reading and logging your minutes, now is your chance to turn those minutes into fantastic prizes. At this special one-night-only summer finale for adults, the total number of reading minutes you’ve logged this summer will be converted into KCPL Bucks – and the bidding will begin!
Enjoy fun, friendly competition, excitement, giveaways, and snacks as you bid on 20 fantastic auction items.
This adults-only after-hours event will be held in the Wave Room at the Chestertown Branch.

What will be auctioned off?
It's a mystery! Clues will be provided before the bidding begins and each item will be revealed once its winner has been declared.
To give you an idea of the type of items in the auction, we will tell you that one of the items is a FitBit and that we are certain you'll be delighted and surprised by what else is available to win!
If I can't attend, does that mean I lose my KCPL Bucks?
This event is the only place you’ll be able to spend your KCPL Bucks.
However, if you aren't able to join us, you are welcome to send a friend or family member who is 18-years-old or older in your place to bid on your behalf.
