 plant problems\, and insects. Local Master Gardeners will be on hand to

 tricky growing situations\, and offer encouragement on creating the perfect

 Gardener or having your garden BayWise certified\, this is a perfect time

 Healthy Is Your Soil?\n\n\n\nThe University of Maryland Extension Master 
 Gardener Program is designed to train volunteer horticultural educators to 
 support the University of Maryland Extension mission by educating residents
